A fast and free Wi-Fi connection is available all over the apartment. A few minutes away are 3 Restaurants/Pizzeria. Within 500 meters a Supermarket. Hair dresser and car service on the other side of the road.
The main bedroom is equipped with a king size bed and memory mattress. Other two single beds are available on the mezzanine. The presence of a sofa/bed in the living room, brings to 6 the total number of possible sleeping persons.
Full optional kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwaves oven, induction hob, oven, kettle, crockery and cutlery). On a 49′ LED Television 4K it is possible to access to national and international TV Channels. A wide range of games can be played on the Playstation
The entrance of the apartment is in Via Darsena, a road with free parking places on both sides. Easy parking on early morning and evening time but lucky people can find a place anytime. Alternatively, at 50 meters from the entrance of the apartment there is a public car parking: “Centro Storico Kennedy” at payment.
Guests can enjoy the view of beautiful sunsets over the river. Indipendent heating system and air conditioning allow guests to adjust the temperature throughout the year as they prefer. Moreover in the kitchen and in the bathroom are present motorized skylights.
